Life of Pi by Yann MartelMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
I found the writing style tedious. We learn how Pi got his name and about his early childhood in India. Eventually his family chooses to immigrate to Canada, but their ship sinks on the way. Pi is the sole survivor and he has two accounts of what happened after the ship wreck. One involving Zoo animals including a Bengal Tiger called Richard Parker. The other a gruesome story of murder and cannibalism.
